A very popular French Caribbean libation. Every family has their "secret" recipe. We share one from the Crassous de Médeuil family kitchen.

  • 2 oz. J.M (Gold) Rhum Agricole E.S.B.
  • 1 oz. J.M Sirop de Canne
  • 2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
