COCONUT FIZZ by Joseph Akhavan
Ingredients
| 30ml | J.M 55° |
| 1 tbsp | of vanilla sorbet |
| 1 tbsp | of coconut sorbet |
| 15 ml | fresh lime juice. |
| 10 ml | of J.M. cane sugar syrup |
Recipe
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or shaker until the mixture is liquid
2. Top up with a dash of sparkling water
3. Pour directly into a tumbler glass without ice
4. Sprinkle with grated coconut and a pinch of nutmeg
