Ingredients
| 40ml | Rhum J.M Atelier Epices Créoles |
| 1 | pitted lychee |
| 1/2 | passion fruit |
| 10ml | J.M cane syrup |
| 20ml | squeezed lime juice |
| 1 | dash of Bitters J.M Piment Bondamanjak |
Recipe
1. In a shaker, crush a lychee and the flesh of half a passion fruit
2. Pour in the remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake vigorously
3. Strain with a fine sieve to retain pulp and ice cubes
4. Pour into your daiquiri glass and garnish with a thin slice of lime
