Creole daiquiri recipe by JOSEPH AKHAVAN

Ingredients

 

40ml Rhum J.M Atelier Epices Créoles
1 pitted lychee
1/2 passion fruit
10ml J.M cane syrup
20ml squeezed lime juice
1 dash of Bitters J.M Piment Bondamanjak

Recipe

1. In a shaker, crush a lychee and the flesh of half a passion fruit

2. Pour in the remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake vigorously

3. Strain with a fine sieve to retain pulp and ice cubes

4. Pour into your daiquiri glass and garnish with a thin slice of lime
